Marcus Fendt is Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer of The Mobility House Energy, based in Munich. He studied Industrial Engineering in Munich and held management positions in the automotive and energy industries before joining The Mobility House in 2010 as one of its founding team. Under his leadership the company has grown to over 350 employees, becoming one of Europe's leading experts in smart charging and vehicle-to-grid technology. Together with car manufacturers, utilities, and fleet operators, he has driven partnerships and projects at the intersection of the automotive and energy sectors. In 2016, The Mobility House pre-qualified the first electric vehicle as a power plant in the German energy system, a project featured in the New York Times.
